What this site can do, and what it cannot.

The working pieces are the forms and the estimator. The list under them is the next set of systems. None of those is a screen on this website.

What works now

The enquiry forms

Stone, transport, the workshop, a fuel account, Paradise, MSS, or a general note. The page checks the fields. If the save works, it stays here and shows a reference. If it fails, it says so.

The tipper estimator

Metric tonnes become a count of tipper loads at 16 MT. It is labelled a planning estimate. Legal payload depends on the vehicle and the permit.

The desk log

Saved enquiries are written one JSON line at a time, and the log reads that file back. The link sits in the footer.

A working desk would still need the systems below. They are named here so nobody mistakes this page for a live operations board.

  • A weighbridge challan sent through to the site engineer.
  • Trip status from GPS.
  • A WhatsApp or SMS when a load leaves, and another when it arrives.
  • Open orders and pending bills.
  • A workshop job card looked up by registration number.
  • Fuel issued per vehicle.
  • A resort room and lawn calendar.
  • Website leads flowing into a CRM.
