MSS Resort
The home page says six private villas stand near the Pondicherry entrance gate and close to JIPMER. The questions page says MSS Resort is its own villa resort.
What both sites publish
Each site prints the same address — near the Pondicherry entrance gate, close to JIPMER, Tamil Nadu 605101 — the same phone and WhatsApp, +91 733 933 8671, the plus code XRC2+W4, and check-in 12:00 / check-out 11:00. From Chennai, both say about three hours by road.
That phone belongs to the resorts as they publish it. It is not an SPR Office number for stone, trucks, the workshop, or the bunk.
On the Paradise stay page, the villa card links to the MSS villas. Paradise still describes family rooms and private villas on its own site.
